The client is asked to provide for the disc jockey one banquet table, six feet in length, with appropriate covering and or skirting 2 hours prior to the start of the event. We will be placing our company logo on the front part of the table or hanging on the wall behind us. All completed paperwork including music request must be received two weeks prior to the event. The only exception is when event is booked less then two weeks until the event date. We cannot guarantee all music request not received two weeks before the event. We will attempt to call and e-mail if paperwork is not received two weeks before the event. If you are having a wedding coordinator or someone managing the wedding or party, please provide us the name and telephone number of that person so that we can review with them. Access to 2 electrical outlets within 25 feet of the area in which the disc jockey will be set up.  If the function is outdoors, the client agrees to ensure that the disc jockey and the equipment are furnished with adequate covering from the outdoor elements. Events may be temporarily suspended during an electrical storms, hurricane or other times of weather extremes to prevent damage to equipment and for the safety of guests. The client agrees to ensure the facility will be available for A-Night 2 Remember representative to set up equipment one to two housr prior to when the guests are expected to arrive (which shall be the anticipated start time of the event) and up to one hour after the end of the event to allow sufficient time for packing up equipment. The client agrees to maintain adequate security in the service and access areas so as to protect the property and equipment of A-Night 2 Remember &/or authorized representative from theft, vandalism or other damage. In the event of circumstances deemed by A-Night 2 Remember to present a threat or implied threat of injury to A-Night 2 Remember &/or authorized representative or any (equipment, lighting, compact discs, microphones, etc.) in A-Night 2 Remember &/or authorized representative possession. A-Night 2 Remember reserves the right to cease performance until the situation is resolved. If problems persist, A-Night 2 Remember may end performance and the client shall be responsible for payment in full, regardless of whether the situation is resolved or whether A-Night 2 Remember resumes performance. The client also agrees to be fully responsible for the loss or damage to equipment used to provide the services noted herein/implied. While said equipment is situated on property owned by or under the control of the client and/or the client's guests, except damage caused by A-Night 2 Remember &/or authorized staff. The client agrees to assume complete liability for all claims of personal injury or property damage arising from the engagement noted herein and hold A-Night 2 Remember &/or authorized representative  harmless in all such cases, except when caused by A-Night 2 Remember &/or authorized representative. The client indemnifies A-Night 2 Remember &/or authorized representative from all liability for loss, damage, claims, fines or judgments that may arise as a direct or indirect result of provision of service under this contract, and/or from activities or events during the performance for any reason, the sole exception being substantive negligence on the part of A-Night2Remember &/or authorized representative. The liability of A-Night2Remember and/or authorized representative shall not exceed the amount of payments received by A-Night 2 Remember &/or authorized representative. The obligation of A-Night 2 Remember, under this agreement may be void where act of God, order of public authority, vandalism or other condition beyond normal control, accident, illness, renders such an event unsafe, unlawful or impossible. Liability for failure to perform any portion of this agreement is limited to the face value of this contract. This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether written or oral. This agreement is contractual under the laws of the State of Florida. The function will be guaranteed as reserved upon receipt of one copy of this contract signed by the appropriate party and a nonrefundable, nontransferable reservation fee amount equal to  $ 200.00, within 7 business days of the date of this contract. The reservation fee will be applied to the balance. The balance in full is due 14 days prior to the date of the function. Written notice of any changes in dates or times must be received prior to 180 days of the engagement. Written cancellations must be received prior to 180 days of engagement or the balance of account is due in full. When booking less then 180 days prior to the event, deposit is due with signed agreement and balance in/full must be paid 14 days prior to the event date. If the event is booked less then 14 days of the event date. Special arrangements for all completed paper work and balance in/full must be approved in writing by A-Night 2 Remember &/or authorized representative. Please be advised photographs may be taken during your event and may be used on our website, and will be available to download. Please make all checks payable to: A-Night 2 Remember  Please sign, date, and return one copy of this agreement along with the proper reservation fee within 7 business days.
